Your cancellation will be processed within 24 hours from the time of<br \/>\nreceipt. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received (but always within<br \/>\nthe working hours of the destination country) and based on the following dates prior to departure.<br \/>\nCancellation penalties apply to packages and\/or services as indicated below. Package penalties include airfare, except<br \/>\nwhen Instant Purchase Airfare is purchased. Instant Purchase Airfares are always subject to 100% penalty in which case<br \/>\nonly the remaining land package (or other airfares) will be subject to the penalties below.<\/p>\n<p><em>Bookings including Celestyal Cruises<\/em><br \/>\n60 to 45 days prior to arrival: loss of the deposit.<br \/>\n44 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total cost plus possible expenses with penalties of services already booked.<br \/>\n15 to 14 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total cost plus possible expenses with penalties of services already booked.<br \/>\n14 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total cost<br \/>\nIn case the passenger is no show: 100 % of the total cost<\/p>\n<p><em>Bookings not including a Cruise<\/em><br \/>\n45 to 31 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total cost plus possible expenses with penalties of services already booked.<br \/>\n30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total cost plus possible expenses with penalties of services already booked.<br \/>\n20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total cost plus possible expenses with penalties of services already booked.<br \/>\n14 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total cost<br \/>\nIn case the passenger is no show: 100 % of the total cost<\/p>\n<p>Air tickets are usually issued using promotional fares, therefore being subject to restrictions and in case of any refund,<br \/>\nthey will be refunded after the airline has done so.<br \/>\nMaritime transport such as ferry tickets, high-speed, hydrofoil tickets, etc. are non refundable.<br \/>\nNo refund will be applied for any service not utilized or if any change has been made to the itinerary without previous<br \/>\nwritten authorization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INDIVIDUAL ACCOMODATION<\/strong><br \/>\nPrices for individual accommodation are based on single rooms. It is not possible to arrange shared accommodation in<br \/>\nhotels during excursions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AIR TICKETS<\/strong><br \/>\nOnce full payment is received, Inter Alpha Travel airline tickets will be issued and are fully non-refundable. Should airline<br \/>\ntickets require to be issued earlier than the Final Payment Due date, you may be required to pay a larger non-refundable<br \/>\ndeposit and\/or full prepayment. Once issued, Published Instant Purchase Airfare tickets normally may be changed prior to<br \/>\nthe departure date and the airfare applied toward travel within 12 months of the original date of issue for a fee plus any<br \/>\ndifference in airfare; specific fees and policies may vary by airline.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AIR COMPANIES<\/strong><br \/>\nAirline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice. Inter Alpha Travel is not responsible for penalties<br \/>\nincurred for tickets, international or domestic, which have not been issued by Inter Alpha Travel due to schedule and\/or<br \/>\nflight changes. Airline reservations completed online are subject to review and, should Inter Alpha Travel deem it<br \/>\nnecessary, may be rebooked to match minimum connecting time requirements and\/or tour package itineraries, in which<br \/>\ncase you will be notified immediately. Airlines reserve the right to demand immediate issuance of tickets whenever they<br \/>\ndetermine that specific flights are heavily booked even when normal ticketing rules do not require tickets to be issued<br \/>\nuntil a later date. In this instance, Inter Alpha Travel will require immediate prepayment of the airfare as itemized on the<br \/>\ninvoice. This situation overrides invoice terms and conditions and payment due dates. If full payment is not received, seats<br \/>\nwill be cancelled by the airline and may not be available to be rebooked on the same flights or at the same airfare. Any<br \/>\nreplacement air arrangements and airfare will be the sole responsibility of the passenger<\/p>\n<p><strong>NAME CHANGES ON TICKETS<\/strong><br \/>\nAny name change including minor spelling corrections may require airline reservations to be cancelled and rebooked.<br \/>\nReservations are subject to current availability and pricing at the time of rebooking. Once airline tickets are issued,<br \/>\nsubsequent name corrections will be subject to an airline rebooking fee which may be as much as the full value of the<br \/>\nairline ticket. Inter Alpha Travel will not be held responsible for the denial of services by a carrier due to any name<br \/>\ndiscrepancy. Name changes must be advised in writing by email or by fax.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOTEL ACCOMODATION<\/strong><br \/>\nIn case there is no availability at the mentioned hotels, similar hotels will be provided.<br \/>\nAll rooms are standard twin-bedded (two single beds) rooms with private facilities, unless you have specifically requested<br \/>\nand paid for an upgraded room category. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms<br \/>\nare subject to availability. Room selection in all cases, unless otherwise reserved, is strictly at the discretion of the hotel&#8217;s<br \/>\nmanagement on a run-of-house basis. Triple rooms consist of standard twin beds or one double bed plus a sofa\/folding<br \/>\nbed or cot for third person; a fee may be charged by the hotel for the addition of a cot\/rollaway. The number of persons<br \/>\naccommodated does not dictate the room size. Hotel check-in time is generally not before 14:00 hrs. and check-out time<br \/>\nis prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration<br \/>\nwhen a late night flight is being used. If a day room is included in the itinerary, check-out will normally be 6:00 p.m. We<br \/>\nreserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the<br \/>\ncost of those accommodations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TRANSFERS<\/strong><br \/>\nTransfers are provided as indicated for each tour by car, taxi, minibus, or motor coach. Your arrival transfer is guaranteed<br \/>\nfor up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time in order to compensate for minor delays. Inter Alpha Travel or the<br \/>\ntransfer company will not be responsible for flight delays, for any reason, beyond one hour from your originally scheduled<br \/>\narrival time. In case of a delay, whether due to flight delay, immigration and customs, or time spent reporting baggage<br \/>\ndamage or loss, will be your responsibility to make other transfer arrangements such as a taxi. Transfer costs are not<br \/>\nrefundable and any additional expenses will be on your account. If the passenger knows beforehand of any delay, he<br \/>\nshould notify us and we will do our utmost in order to reschedule, in the event that it is possible, and not last minute.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TRAVEL DOCUMENTS<\/strong><br \/>\nPassengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and must check with the respective<br \/>\nconsulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid<br \/>\nfor at least 6 months after the date of travel. Inter Alpha Travel shall not be liable if the travel documents are NOT in<br \/>\naccordance with entry regulations for each country visited.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CUSTOMER SERVICE<\/strong><br \/>\nAll customer service issues must reach our office, in writing if possible, during the client\u2019s stay. There will be no refunds<br \/>\nfor unused package tour services or features, including missed transfers due to airline changes and\/or missed flights,<br \/>\nunused meals, missed sightseeing tours, unused entrance fees, and accommodations. Airline flight cancellations and<br \/>\ndelays for any reason are not the responsibility of Inter Alpha Travel. Complaints regarding a hotel&#8217;s standards or amenities<br \/>\nshould be addressed directly with the hotel&#8217;s management. Refunds are not normally considered by hotels if they were<br \/>\nnot given an opportunity to address those complaints locally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><br \/>\nInter Alpha Travel and its representatives act only as independent contractors acting on behalf of neither the customer<br \/>\nnor the suppliers and principals. All exchange orders, coupons, and tickets, are issued subject to the terms and conditions<br \/>\nunder which such means of transportation, accommodations, and other services are offered or provided. The issuance and<br \/>\nacceptance of such documents shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions. Inter Alpha Travel does not own<br \/>\nnor operate the hotels, motor coaches, airlines, cruise lines, or any other service providers which compose their tours, and<br \/>\nwill not be held responsible for changes and\/or cancellations for any reason by airlines, hotels or cruise ships.<br \/>\nThe Travel Agent and\/or Tour Operator, Inter Alpha Travel, shall not be any way held liable for injury, damage, loss,<br \/>\naccident, delay, or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the act of default of any company, or person engaged in conveying<br \/>\npassengers, or of any hotel proprietor, personnel, servant or any other person otherwise in connection therewith. Inter Alpha Travel shall not be held responsible for potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations included in<br \/>\nthis brochure, where injury, delay, or unanticipated events may occur. Inter Alpha Travel shall not be held responsible for<br \/>\naccidents, damage, baggage losses and\/or delays due to weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of governments or authorities,<br \/>\nwars, criminal acts committed by third parties, loss due to theft, hostilities, civil disturbances, riots, defects of vehicles or<br \/>\nbreakdown in equipment, accidents involving animals, or to the fault or default of any company used for carrying out these<br \/>\ntours. Inter Alpha Travel cannot accept responsibility for loss or expense due to delay or changes in transportation schedule<br \/>\nor other causes. Inter Alpha Travel shall not be held responsible for potential loss of services due to inclement weather<br \/>\nconditions.<br \/>\nAny and all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident to these Terms and Conditions, to the<br \/>\nbrochure, to the website, or any other information relating in any way to the trip, or to the trip itself, shall be litigated by the Greek<br \/>\nCourt<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CANCELATIONS \/ REFUNDS Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing by email or fax including your reservation number, full name and date of travel.
